Protect yourself and others from COVID-19 and other illnesses:

  • Schedule an annual check up with your health care provider

  • Get up-to-date with your COVID-19, flu and other recommended vaccinations before you travel

  • Test no more than 3 days before traveling

  • Wear a mask before and during travel, especially indoors or in crowded areas

  • Test 3-5 days after travel and monitor for symptoms

  • Check your destination’s COVID-19 Community Level before traveling. State, tribal, local, and territorial governments may have travel restrictions in place

  • Visit the CDC website for additional travel related information
